The investiture ceremony for Rover Scouts of Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Royal University of Bhutan was held on May 29th, 2017. With the completion of tenure of Youth Council 2016-2017 the new elected Youth Council 2017-2018 of Rover Scouting was installed during the ceremony. The ceremony was graced by President, Dr. Andu Dukpa, Dean Academic Affairs, P.R. Sharma and Program Advisor, Kala Tshering of the College.
