On November 6, 2021 all the community scouts were awarded with membership scarves by a teacher from monastic school nearby. There are a total of 24 community scouts including leaders. The program started by welcoming our chief guest followed by welcome speech. After that I (their leader) briefed them about importance of scouting and their responsibilities after becoming a scout. Then chief guest lighted the butter lamp with prayer and then awarded scarves one by one to the members. Afterwards we observed a simple red flower show to mark this happy occasion followed by dance and singing by members.
