Lungtenphu Middle Secondary School celebrated International Peace Day under the theme “Act Now for a Peaceful World.” Students, teachers, and community members came together to promote a culture of peace through meaningful activities and collective action.

The Scouts led the Peace Cleanup Champion Campaign, organizing cleanup activities to promote peace through care for the environment. Class and community members also made Peace Pledges, committing themselves to upholding harmony, respect, kindness, and cooperation.

The celebration also included Peace Talks, where participants shared ideas and messages on building a more peaceful world. As part of the celebration, the Scouts planted 20 trees as a symbol of their commitment to becoming Messengers of Peace and protecting the environment.

Through these activities, everyone reaffirmed their shared responsibility to create a cleaner, kinder, and more peaceful community.
