We would be having the Inter Troop Lateral thinking competitions on the 10th and 11th of October 2014. we expect 16 Troops to take part.We hope to have the Award ceremony on the 18th with the District commissioner Colombo and Assistant District commissioner (rovers) in attendance. we have been training the Scouts in lateral thinking for some time now to increase there ability to think in new ways.
