Inter Group competition & 33rd District Rally was held at District Training Centre/AZIMGANJ from-14th Jan to 18th Jan’2017, which was Organized by: Howrah District Association, Eastern Railway State. In this Rally 10 groups were participated .Camcrafts,Gate making Competition,Marchpast,Band Display,Folkdance,Campfire all were in Standard Judging Events.A Route March was also organized to commorate “YOUTH DAY “followed by Placarts,Posters,Band Display etc.Lastly in the closing day Validictory Function was organized which was attended by the Chief Guest Dr. R.Badrinarayan hon’ble DRM/HOWRAH
