Along with the mission to empower young leaders, Pampanga council conducted an Awareness Workshop on the Life Leaders Initiative: Impact Innovators Challenge at Guagua Elementary School on August 30.

Scouts from different schools participated in the event as they engaged in a range of collaborative and fun activities. When the workshop began, scouts learned how to earn the Impact Innovators Badge through a brief orientation. They also gained more knowledge on improving their ideas and creating more innovative projects by dwelling deeper into the process of Design Thinking.

Furthermore, participants took part in various challenges such as Paper Tower Building, which tested their critical thinking and teamwork. Scouts also worked on an Empathy Map activity that encouraged them to better understand the issues in our community. They additionally had fun joining the activity called Mash-Up Ideas wherein they had to combine three different objects to have a new innovative product.

The workshop ended with a great impact! As it left the scouts with an unwavering commitment in creating innovative solutions for our community, the scouts are now ready to lead with purpose.
