Ikot Ekpene Division of Akwa Ibom State Scout Council, in The Scout Association of Nigeria, on Monday, the 22nd of December, 2014 held a day seminar which was tagged; SCOUTING A YARDSTICK FOR SELF DISCIPLINE. It was attended by scouts from various local associations of the state ranging from Ikono, Itu, Ikot Ekpene, Essien Udim, and Obot Akara. More than 50 scouts were in attendance and were tutored by several scout leaders. The event was planned by Mr. Kufre Umoh, while I assisted him as the scribe for the planning committee.
