She is Phurpa Lhamo, a 9th standard student of Buli Central School, Zhemgang, Bhutan. Today (19/09/2019), she has displayed a good example of "Honesty and Truthfullness". She found an amount of Nu.1000/- (Bhutanese currency equivalent to about USD 20/-) in the school compound. She had an opportunity to keep the amount to herself without disclosing it to anyone. But the SCARF on her neck and the OATH that she took with it made her to return it to its rightful owner. This is a change brought by Scouting to her.
