The World Thinking Day & Founder's Day Celebration with the Golden Arrow Award Rally of the Cubs and Bulbuls was celebrated at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi on this occasion we had our Hon'ble Secretary of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Shri. Rajeev Gupta as the Chief Guest of the day with our Hon'ble Chief National Commissioner Shri. B. I. Nagarale and Shri. Akhil Agarwal, State Chief Commissioner of Northern Railway, Shri. Sushil Kumar Ji, State Commissioner (Scouts), and Director Bharat Scouts and Guides and his team with 210 Cubs and Bulbuls who were the participants of the Golden Arrow Award Rally from 13 States of India to receive the Award.
