From September 27, 2024 to August 6, 2024, a workshop for the revision of texts - GSAT evaluation and strengthening of the institutional capacities of scout leaders of the Chadian Scouting Federation was held in N'Djamena in the premises of Chadian Scouts Association (AST). Five highlights marked this moment, namely: - The revision of the texts of the Association of Scouts of Chad (EEDT); - The election of the new EEDT office; - The updating of the basic texts of the Chadian Scouting Federation; - The GSAT Evaluation in the Federal context of the two associations; - The election of the members of the Federal office. It should be noted that, during this meeting, the GSAT Evaluation made it possible to evaluate and define the priorities of the EEDT, the AST and the Federation, then to develop priorities (main and secondary) on which the member associations of the federation and the federal team must work after the GSAT Evaluation to develop the charter of the elected bodies and develop a common vision for the future of the Chadian Scouting Federation.
