Date: 10 November 2018 Country: Bhutan, Samtse College Of Education(SCE) GNH team of SCE, working their way towards a successful celebration of the Happiness day Coinciding with the birth anniversary of the 4th King of the country and the founder of the GNH. The team had preplanned the celebration in such a way that along with it people also were made aware of the importance of the "Happiness Day" through use of banners and pictures. The team also offered prayers for the continued wellbeing and long life of the King along with offering butter lamps. Happiness is not a place to reach rather a state of mind to attain. And inorder to attain that state one has to be in harmony with the society and the nature. So the team had organised a small sanitation program to make people aware of the relationship that exists between them. Though executed in minor scale, hope it brings positive impacts in the society.
