Last May 8, 2021, the Dimasalang Outfit No. 1 conducted its first Merit Badge Counseling meeting led by their Outfit Advisor, Sctr. Jerrom Duque. Two merit badges under the Explorer rank were discussed during the meeting. Sctr. Kenneth Soriano discussed the Physical Fitness Merit Badge, while Sctr. Shila Samadhi Cipres facilitated the Safety Merit Badge.
