Year 2019 on February for 2 days I participated the Regional Scout Youth Forum on the NCR of the Philippines to engage youth to perform or brainstorm the Parliamentary procedures and a sustainable development Goals projects that we can do in our region with the use of SPEAR method. And I perform here as a Steering Ex Officio Committee to battle or defend the SPEAR methods that we do to the Organizing Committees and So far only 1 project is quashed and all of it are applied.
