The selection for the 18th leadership training from Mongar Dzongkhag was conducted on 2nd November with over 7 schools of Mongar dzongkhag. From Drametse Deki lhazom and me(DDorjitshering) was selected from school and we took part in the Dzongkhag level selection. There was many prestigious take away from this programme. I understood the importance of confidence and self discipline. Moreover, I was able to develop interpersonal relationship.
