The Executive Committee of the Interamerican Scout Committee was restructured to cover the last third of 2014-2016. ISC received from Leonardo, chair, the proposal for the new Steering Committee: Ricardo Stuber, 1st. Vice Chairperson and Rafe Lucado, 2nd. Vice Chairperson. The proposal was approved. With the addition to the Steering Committee of Rafe Lucado is looking to continue the momentum and addressing this body has been taking since 2013, when there was the renewal of the Interamerican Committee on the Interamerican Scout Conference in Buenos Aires. Rafe Cliffton Lucado Diaz, new 2nd. He joined Scouting as a youth and after to complete his term as a beneficiary of program, began its formation and development as Adult Scout, over the years would become in Director of Training Courses. He has held the Chairperson of the National Council and the National Chief Scout of the National Association of the Scouts of Panama into several periods and currently he is a member of the National Honor Court. He was elected to the Interamerican Scout Committee during the Regional Conference in Panama in 2010, since then he has contributed significantly in various fields, as in the formulation of Regional Policies in force and the implementation of the Regional Plan 2014-2016 "Add Efforts, Multiply Results". With this new configuration of the Steering Committee of the Interamerican Scout Committee, we are even more confident that the Region will continue its growth and development in a decisively way.
