He has held the Chairperson of the National Council and the National Chief Scout of the National Association of the Scouts of Panama into several periods and currently he is a member of the National Honor Court. He was elected to the Interamerican Scout Committee during the Regional Conference in Panama in 2010, since then he has contributed significantly in various fields, as in the formulation of Regional Policies in force and the implementation of the Regional Plan 2014-2016 "Add Efforts, Multiply Results". With this new configuration of the Steering Committee of the Interamerican Scout Committee, we are even more confident that the Region will continue its growth and development in a decisively way.
