The Celebration was Held on June 5, 2017 in Addis Ababa, Gulelle Sub-city, a place were called “Qusquam”. The Day was remembered by Planting Indigenous seedlings and other awareness raising events. 83 Scouts and 3 from National Scout Council Staffs were participated. The Ethiopia Scout Association’s Environmental Commissioner Mr.Tafesse Mulat Conveyed a Message to Participants. He stated that, protecting environment from harm is the major priority of scouting, so Scouts always dedicates themselves to create a better world in which every society lives in harmony with the nature.
