The Scout Youth Council (Dewan Kerja) of Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Ranting Tangerang successfully held the Scout Leadership Developments 2025 event on Saturday (14/06/2025) at the Babakan Subdistrict Office Hall, located in Tangerang District, Tangerang City. The program was designed to foster and strengthen leadership character among Rover (Pramuka Penegak). The event featured not only lecture-style sessions, but also focused group discussions, encouraging participants to actively reflect on and exchange ideas about effective leadership within the Scouting movement.The sessions aimed to develop practical leadership skills grounded in the core values and principles of Gerakan Pramuka, preparing participants to implement what they learned directly in their Groups (Gugusdepan). Organizers expressed hope that the training will empower Pramuka Penegak to take on more active roles in their communities and become leaders who are responsible, ethical, and service-oriented, in line with the mission of the Scouting movement.
