A group meeting was organized at the District Headquarters (DHQ) to discuss and plan upcoming Scout and Guide activities. Rangers, Rovers, Scouts, and Guides actively participated in the meeting and shared their ideas for future community service projects, environmental initiatives, awareness campaigns, and skill-development programs. During the meeting, members reviewed previous activities and discussed ways to make future programs more impactful and engaging. Responsibilities were assigned, timelines were prepared, and suggestions from participants were welcomed to ensure effective planning and teamwork. The meeting provided an excellent platform for collaboration, leadership development, and decision-making. It strengthened the spirit of unity among members and encouraged everyone to work together towards achieving the objectives of Scouting and Guiding. The session concluded with a clear action plan for upcoming activities and a renewed commitment to service, community development, and personal growth.
