The Southern Railway State Bharat Scouts & Guides organized the "Cub & Bulbul Utsav" from 12th to 14th August 2014, which has been hosted by the I.C.F District. Being one of the most active districts of Southern Railway State Bharat Scouts & Guides, I.C.F District was proud to host the event. The Event was inaugurated by the President of ICF District, Shri. S. Sridhar (CEE/QC&C, ICF) and was presided by Dr. Usha Rajendra Kumar (ACHD/RH/PER). The Utsav has been conducted as per schedule and was validated by the Chief Guest of the Valedictory Ceremony, Shri. S. Vijayakumaran (President/SRBSG & AGM/SR) and the ceremony was presided by Dr. H. Srinivas (SCC/SRBSG & CPO/IR/SR) in the presence of the special invitee Shri. T. S. Ganesh (DCC/ICF & Dy.CMM/ICF).
