AIM: To equip the county officials with suitable knowledge, skills and positive attitudes to manage scouting effectively and efficiently in their respective areas. Objectives: By the end of the workshop the county scout officials will be able to: 1. To understand KSA organizational structures 2. To understand the roles and responsibilities of various leadership levels in the county 3. To list and explain the different legal documents in KSA 4. To build the capacity of scout leaders in managing scouting Venues: Happening nationally across 10 Regions within Kenya with over 235 County Scout Officials being trained. Date: 26th - 28th May 2017.
