The Scouts of Colombo District in Sri Lanka are celebrating 100 years of Scouting. One of the events in connection was a jamboree ! 3500 Scouts and guides took part in this Jamboree held from the 1st to the 7th August at "Y Grow" training center.it was a fun packed adventure for the Scouts from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Maldives,Australia , Macau, and many other countries. In addition to the adventures, it was a place where they made many new friends.The APR regional office helped with a special station to promote Messenger of peace, where almost all the Scouts took part.
