The Chey Chey scout troops of Muhung Extended Classroom had celebrated the most awaited day known as International Day of Peace on 21st September 2021 in our own small way. We are small in number and weak in our capabilities but yet we achieved what we had planed. On this remarkable day we started our program by offering butter lamp and praying for the wellbeing of our benevolent leaders and to God. All the new scout members are excited to recieve their scarf at the investiture ceremony. It was honored by our own school incharge. After the investiture ceremony we enjoyed watching peace song with lyric to remind ourselves about peace and harmony. We are in the tiny school with handful of scout members and two adult leaders. We took the photography session to pledge our small peace making commitments to the community and self. All the scout members and leaders are involved in cleaning campaign around the school surrounding and footpaths. Finally, the program concluded by performing few scout yells and having a refreshment together.
