22 February was chosen as it was the birthday of Scouting and Guiding founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell and of Lady Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Chief Guide. The world celebrate it as B.-P. Day or Founders' Day or Thinking Day. The Bharat Scouts and Guides Northeast Frontier Railway State Alipurduar District Association organized All faith Prayers and Individuals Prayers at the Scout Hut APDJ on the occasion of World Thinking Day with total 90 numbers of Scout, Guides, Rovers, Rangers, unit leaders and District Officials.
