Celebrating IDP by Valuing Culture and Heritage.

On the occasion of International Peace Day, a two-hour celebration was held to promote peace and unity. The event was filled with meaningful activities, highlighting the importance of peace in our school and community at large since parents were also involved in the program. The different activities for the events were: 1. Cultural Concert for Peace The celebration began with a vibrant cultural concert featuring performances by various cultural groups. The performances symbolized harmony, unity, and the power of peace. Traditional songs, dances, and instrumental performances captivated the audience, emphasizing that peace transcends cultural and national boundaries. 2. Peace Awareness Talk by Scout Leaders In between the concert, student scout leaders delivered insightful talks on peace and its relevance in today’s world. They discussed the role of youth in fostering peace, the significance of peaceful resolutions in conflicts, and shared personal stories of how they promote peace in their communities.
