East calcutta bharat scouts and guides district association celebrated the 71th Independence Day and 110th years of Scouting at our district headquarters office. Cubs, Scout, guides, Rovers were present from some units on this victorious day. Mr Sambhu Saha-District Secretary and Mr Gouranga Sarkar-DC(S), Mrs Priyanka Kundu-DOC(G), Mr Rajib Singh-DOC(S) & others Officials were present. District Secretary and DC(S) delivered their opinions regarding this day and for betterment of Scouting.
