BULT Refresher Course in Bhutan Samtse Dzongkhag Scouts Association under Bhutan scout Association conducted refresher course for scout leaders from 28th to 30th May 2022 at Peljorling Higher Secondary School. The scout leaders were oriented on the basic scouting skills to enable us to run a troops efficiently in the schools from primary to higher schools.
