Buklod – Tulong: Para sa Marikenyo is an initiative by the scouters and rover scouts of Metro Manila East Council in line of lending a helping hand with communities in Marikina affected by the recent typhoon Ulysses with international name Vamco. With Php 30 billion worth of damages, house, communities, and even lives were claimed by the flooding during the typhoon.

The project aims to provide relief packs and assistance to flood affected and marginalized communities in these trying times in order to give out basic needs while rebuilding what was lost during the calamity.

In this situation, Metro Manila East Council unite as one unit to help their fellow Marikenyo to stand up and give hope after a devastating incident happen to their area. Bangon (Get-Up) Marikina.
