Four scouts, five scouters and one parent of Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School(BPES) participated in the Tree Planting Activity of the Quezon City Boy Scout Council on July 9 at the Payatas Landfill. The inclement weather and stinking smell of Payatas didn't stop the scouts of Quezon City to fulfill their duty to the community.
