Heavy rains for two consecutive days caused several areas in Siem Reap City to be flooded. Seeing the suffering and asking for helps from the principal of Por Langka Primary School, on October 3, 2017, Rovers of the Cambodia Scouts of Siem Reap who are working as a volunteer for the National Youth Center, have saved hundreds of books and study materials in the library of Por Langka Primary School in Thar commune, Slor Kram district, Siem Reap city, which is facing severe floods. The National Youth Center has sent seven rovers and one Scout leader to help save the book.
