Morethan 10,000 Scouts and Leaders across Bhutan participates in the National Tree Plantation on 2nd June to commemorate the Coronation Day of 4th King of Bhutan. This day is most significant to Bhutan's future of creating peace and harmony through environmental conservation and protection with 64% of minimum forest coverage at all time to come as enshrined in the constitution of Bhutan. Bhutan Scouts will take lead role in initiating all environmental activities is school and communities and act as Messenger for Peace through Scout Environment Program.
