The Training Commissioner of Bhutan Scouts Association gets promoted as the Deputy Governor of a District in the Eastern Part of Bhutan. After working with BSA for the last six years, he has contributed immensely in taking scouting to the next higher level. BSA wishes him the best in his future endeavor. Scouting fraternity in Bhutan are thrilled with his promotion. He will promote the scouting program in the east and help us in promoting and spreading the message of peace.
