The better world framework an initiative of WOSM was conducted through Webinar by Bharat Scouts & Guides, India during this pandemic. The motive of this initiative is to spread the knowledge of BWF to the members as much as possible so that we can introduce & involve so much people for their contribution towards this novel cause. The virtual BWF initiative was inaugurated by Mr. Jose Rizal Pangilinan, Regional Director, Asia Pacific Region & the first day session was taken by Mr. Madhusudan Avala, Dy. International Commissioner (Scout), BSG.
