The Better World Framework an initiative of WOSM was conducted through Webinar by Bharat Scouts & Guides, India during this pandemic. The motive of this initiative is to spread the knowledge of BWF to the members as much as possible so that we can introduce & involve so much people for their contribution towards this novel cause. The eighth day session was taken on “story telling" by Ms. Luz L. Taray & Mr. Kenny Ralph Fernando, Director & project officer of communication & partnership from World Scout Bureau.
