As part of the Ghana Scout Association’s MoP project on Dialogue for Peace 2016, the Ashanti Regional Scout Council organized a workshop on 28th January, 2017 on the theme Conflict & Reconciliation: Unity in Our diversity – Ghana beyond 2016. The aim of this project is to ensure Peace before, during and after the 2016 elections. Scouts efforts during these periods were appreciated during the workshop. Lessons learnt and experiences from the various districts in the Ashanti Region were shared through Dialogue. Resource persons from institutions like the Police Service and National Commission for Civic Education who were also engaged in similar projects before , during and after election 2016 were invited. Seventy six participants from four districts attended the workshop.
