The State Scout council in her Management committee meeting which took place today 20th October 2017 approved the Appointment of Pastor Wilfred Kendrick Udo LT as the new Assistant State Scout Commissioner to replace Late Supol Robert J. Umoh who passed on some months ago. The new ASSC Pst. W. K. Udo LT is the immediate past STC, Former NHQ (explorer scout), Leader Trainer and a renowned grassroot Scouter that has contributed to the development of the Association from the grassroot level to the National level.
