On October 10, 2022, Cambodia Scouts opened a new page in history, receiving the great honor of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He had attended the Closing Ceremony of the 4th National Scout Congress of Cambodia and His Excellency Her Excellency, Ladies, and Gentlemen, Leaders of the NCC Council and Executive Committee. National, Capital, Province, Municipality, District, Khan, and 1,100 youth scouts. The General Assembly was held for a full day with the following fruitful results: 1. The Extraordinary General Assembly unanimously approved the invitation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany-Hun Sen as teachers of the Cambodia Scouts. 2. The Extraordinary General Assembly unanimously approved and honored me as the President of the Cambodia Scouts and the President of the National Scout Council of Cambodia. 3. The General Assembly approved the amendments to the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Cambodia Scouts in accordance with the requirements of the recent developments of the Scout Movement and the National Law and the Constitution of the World Scout Movement. 4. The General Assembly elected the composition of the Cambodia Scout Executive Committee for the 4th mandate from 2022 to 2026 as follows: 1- Her Excellency Sroy Socheat as the Chairman of the National Commission 2- His Excellency Chak Lim, National Commissioner for International Affairs 3- Mr. Prak Chetra, National Commissioner for Youth Programs 4- Mr. Chhay Sopheap is the National Commissioner for Adult Resources. 5- Mr. Chheng Saran is the National Training Commissioner. And elected Mr. Em Piseth as Chief Secretary. 5. The General Assembly invited Her Excellency Annie Sok An and Her Excellency Mok Popon Rith Pich Sophoan as Senior Advisers of the Cambodia Scouts and Her Excellency Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet as Supreme Advisers of the Cambodia Scouts. 6. The General Assembly has recognized the leaders, members, councils, and committees of the National Scout of Cambodia at the national, capital, provincial and municipal levels for the fourth mandate 2022-2027.
