The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Northeast Frontier Railway, Tinsukia District Association organized its 4th District Rally from 27th to 30th July, 2023 at Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Community Hall, Hijuguri Railway Colony, Tinsukia with a gathering of 185 members including Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers, Unit Leaders and District Officials. On 27th July, 2023, Shri S. Ramachandran, Assistant District Commissioner (Scout) & ADSO/TSK officially declared the 4th District Rally Open. In the 4th District Rally various competitions like Camp Craft, Exhibition, First Aid, Quiz, Integration Song, Folk Song, Folk Dance, Devotional Dance, March Past, Rangoli, Traditional Dance etc. Competitions were organized for the participants in the three days of the Rally. An informative session regarding fire rescue also delivered by F&ES, Tinsukia. On 29th July, 2023 Shri Uttam Prakash, Hon’ble President/BSG/NFR/TSK & DRM/TSK, Vice President/BSG/NFR/TSK & ADRM/TSK, District Chief Commissioner/BSG/NFR/TSK & Sr. DEN(C)/TSK, District Commissioner (Scout) & Sr. DPO/TSK, District Commissioner (Guide) & ACMS/TSK, Branch Officers, Assistant Officers, Members of NFRWWO/TSK and Unions and parents graced the Valedictory Function of the 4th District Rally. Many colorful cultural programs were performed by the participants in the Valedictory Function of the 4th District Rally.
