On the 19th of October, the participants brought together in the preliminary room to take the forum picture as a souvenir. Then the 2025 vision introduced by the scout leader Mr Mehdi Ben khlil explaning how the Tunisian scout organisation aiming to promote the children and youth capabilities.After that mentioning the diverse strategics and local goals about the scout program, the training, the governance, the scout reputation,the alliance and financial autonomy. Finishing the first part of the day with another session of the second day workshops and the speeches presented by the counsellors tobe for the election.
