21st Leadership Training for Scouts

I participated as a facilitator in the 21st Leadership Training for Scouts National Camp, where I supported young Scouts throughout the programme by facilitating activities, guiding participants, and encouraging teamwork and active participation.

I was motivated by the opportunity to share my Scouting experience and contribute to the leadership development of fellow Scouts. The experience strengthened my communication, facilitation, leadership, and teamwork skills, while teaching me the importance of patience, responsibility, adaptability, and leading by example.

It was a meaningful opportunity to serve others and contribute to developing confident and responsible young leaders through Scouting.
