Christmas time is a season of giving and sharing our blessings to others. On its 7th year of their annual outreach program, the group of Scout Leaders and Messengers of Peace advocates known as D’ OUTREACHERS have successfully conducted another Gift Giving and Feeding programme for the indigenous people in small and far-flung community of Sitio Tala, San Jose, Tarlac last 21 December 2018 benefiting approximately 80 Families with more than 300 Children and their parents with pre-loved clothes and toys, family food pack for the Christmas and a vey simple feeding program. D’ OUTREACHERS composer of 12 Volunteer Scout Leaders also donated and installed 4 sets of solar-powered street lamps at the vicinity of Tala Elementary School which is approximately 14Kilometer Off Road Travels from the town center. it took them 2 hours of bumpy journey, crossing 7 river streams and 4 mountains to reach the community.
