2016 National Trainers Conference of The Scout Association of Nigeria was held at Oba Akenzua International Scout Camp at Ogba in Benin City. The Conference witnessed the presence of over 120 Scout Training Commissioners and Administrators in Nigeria. The Trainers Conference reviewed the performances of Training over the last 36 months and drew additional Road Map on how Training Programs would continue to support the Performances of Adult Supports in Scouting. The Assistannt Chief Commissioner in charge of Educational Method in Scouting, Prince Adeolu James Oyelami LT directed the Conference, while the National Training Commissioner, Alhaji Abdulazeez Saka LT led the Discussions of the Conference Participants. The Chief Commissioner, Olori Omo-Oba Olusoga Sofolahan who is also the Controller of Training in Nigeria was there as the Chief Host and Leadership Guest of Honor.
