The Scout Association of Nigeria held her maiden and experimental course on Diversity Inclusion and Social Impact between 19th - 23rd March, 2017 at her Operational headquarters; Oba Akenzua II International Scout Camp, Ogba, Benin City, Edo State. The course was attended by 19 participants from about 7 states scout councils in the NSO namely -

• Akwa Ibom State
• Benin State
• Delta State
• Kano State
• Lagos State
• Ogun State
• Ondo State

. Subjects discussed during the training included;

• Messengers of Peace,
• Dialogue for Peace Programme,
• Food For Life Programme,
• Scout of the World Award,
• World Scout Environmental Programme, etc

. Four professionals engaged the participants in some of these training, two within the country and two from outside the country. About 10 new users where registered on the scout online platform.
