From 12-15 may 2017, Benin Scout Association Adult Resources commission held its first workshop to review the strategic plan and action plan of the association. Willing to associate young people as required by WOSM , the head of this commission invited the Chairperson of Africa Scout Youth Forum, Miss Pamela AKPLOGAN to join the team. It has been days full of work to reorganize the commission, review the trainings system, adjust the perspectives to WOSM ones talking about youth engagement as well as Adult management. The biggest resolution was to adopt a new training canevas at the next AGM and disseminate the management documents as a tool to be used at each level of decision making. The Adult Resources Commission worked also on the relation between youth program and adult management, to find a define a specific bond that can help the adults to be involved in all WOSM programs. This help them realize that, to reach the vision 2023 especially 18000 members in scouting, the strategic plan must be fully implemented.
