I'm  JN Rosal, senior scout from the University of the East - Outfit 1331. We successfully participated on the 17th National Scout Jamboree last December 01-07, 2019 held at Camp Kainomayan, Botolan, Zambales with the theme Saving Lives.

We are 14 Senior Scouts who have joined the jamboree and accompanied by Outfit Advisor Scouter Jeff Sherwin D. Francisco and Assistant Outfit Advisor Scouter John Kristoffer B. De Jesus.

It's my first time to join the Scout Jamboree and this was a great and learning experienced. I've learned a lot of things that made me realized that discipline and  camaraderie are significant traits needed in every scout or anyone to achieve their goals and missions in life. And Jamboree is always an ideal place for scouts and young people. Jamboree support us to  learn and understand the  most significant issues (Character Building, Education, Drugs and Health, Environment Awareness and others) that affects the lives of the youth in general.

We enjoyed different activities, learned new skills, met new friends and help us developed our physical, moral, spiritual and social aspects. 

We are grateful to our parents, teachers and to our Scout Advisors and to the whole organization of the 17th National Scout Jamboree  for their support and guidance all throughout. 

I'm thankful and blessed that I became part of this event and I am looking forward to join again for the next jamboree ​​​​​​.
