Bangladesh Scouts, Rover Region Organaised and Rangour Polytecnic Instutite by Management 20-24 April 2018 13th Rover Met Course (Diploma) at Rangpur Polytecnic Instutite campous. There are participate 52 mambers of 42 Polytechnic Institute Rover Scout groups.
