During this activity, you will discover your inner strength! Find a peaceful nature spot, write down your thoughts and feelings, and keep it safe for 6 months. See how you've grown and learned to overcome challenges in this short time, celebrating your resilience and a journey of self-discovery!

  • Pen, pencil and/or┬ámarkers
  • Envelope
Activity Description
  • Find a peaceful spot in nature where you can be alone with your thoughts.

  • Take some time to reflect on your emotions and experiences. Grab a blank piece of paper and a pen, and jot down how you're feeling that day, as well as any worries or concerns you have.

  • Consider this exercise a letter to your future self. Fold the paper, put it in an envelope, seal it, and write your name on the front. Keep it safe for 6 months, and during that time, focus on overcoming challenges and solving problems.

  • When the 6 months are up, return to the same nature spot and open the envelope. Reflect on your past thoughts and emotions. Take pride in how you've grown and conquered obstacles.

  • Consider your resilience and how you can continue to strengthen it in the future. Be honest and open with yourself, and remember, this exercise is for your own self-growth.

  • End with a personal discussion on resilience and emotional awareness. Embrace the importance of reflection and encourage yourself to support and uplift others as you navigate through life's challenges. Nature's serene presence can be your ally in self-discovery and personal growth.
