Zhapto at Pelgire
To ease the work load on people and religious bodies in remote places in construction and repairing of buildings which not only helps them but also improves the teamwork and dedication of the youth as scouts.
It was an excruciating experience since all scouts participated communicating with each other well amd working as a team smoothly with full cooperation and coordination
We completed few weeks of work for the workers as well as the locals and monks residing at Pelgire which eased the workload by a huge margine.
Cooperation is the most basic skill needed for any kind of work. Without Cooperation and coordination between the scouts the program might not have been a success so in any upcomming programs first thing to build is coordination and Cooperation
