"Zero waste saturday" is a project started to keep the locality, parks, public places clean by clearing the waste garbage, plastic, every Saturday morning involving the youths and well wishers (volunteers). Every Saturday morning we involed 15 - 30 youths and spend 2 hours cleaning public places, parks etc. we got a very positive respond from the people in the locality and the passerby would encourage us to keep up the good work. Through this project we could make awareness to the people regarding sanitation, health and hygiene. This project was a great success with the involvement and cheerful tireless efforts of Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers and wellwishers from different communities.
