The YouthLeadPH is a three days leadership camp which is an initiative program of the Philippine – Leadership and Empowerment Alliance for Development Inc. (PH-LEAD Inc.) in partnership with the Samahan ng mga Pilipina para sa Reporma at Kaunlaran Inc. (SPARK! Philippines). YLP aims to uplift the leadership quality of the Filipino youth in an effort to instill the Filipino Values of Leadership – damdaming makabayan, mapagmahal at mapagmalasakit. This camp aims to enable, engage and empower young Filipino Leaders and transform them to be the catalyst of development initiatives in their respective communities.
