On 29th October 2018, with the theme of “Youth and Climate Change”, Regional Level Youth Forum started at State Training Park, Eastern Railway, Madhupur. This is the first time Regional Headquarters started online registration in the regional event. First day online registration process began at   09:00 AM. 102 Rovers and Rangers from Bihar- 14, Eastern Railway- 27, East Central Railway- 08, East Coast Railway- 14, Jharkhand- 13, Odisha- 14, West Bengal- 05 and 07 invited staff were actively participated with full enthusiasm. Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides hosted the forum with support of Eastern Region Headquarters under the leadership of Shri Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout).
